This is an UNCERTIFIED hands-on class tailored toward anyone with an infant in their lives. We cover all the basics of infant CPR and choking in this class that lasts approximately 60-90 minutes. Included is a short presentation followed by hands-on skill practice time and real life scenarios with mannequins and certified instructors. Our aim is to put these skills in the hands of the parents and caregivers who need them most so when minutes matter, the muscles remember.

This course is UNCERTIFIED and covers the basics of all ages CPR and choking. This class provides a short presentation followed by hands-on time with both our adult and infant mannequins. This course is designed to be hands-on and revolve around your family or business’ needs. The duration of this class is 1.5-2 hours. It gives a complete breakdown and hands on practice of CPR concepts and basics for infant, children and adults.

This is a  CERTIFIED All ages CPR/AED/First Aid course that covers adults/children/infants. This is an online class with an in-person skills assessment. After booking this class, within 4 hours a link will be sent from HSI to the email of each student providing the video portion of the class that MUST BE totally complete before the in-person skills check. Failure to complete the online portion by the start of the skills check will lead to the exclusion of that student from the in-person skills check. The pre-work video portion of the class is approximately 3 hours and the in person skills check is between 60-90 minutes. Book with us for a timeframe you expect to be done with the online portion and will be available to do the in-person skills check. Failure to complete the online portion will result in re-scheduling and associated re-scheduling fees.

This is a CERTIFIED All ages CPR/AED + Adult First Aid course. The entirety of this class is done in-person with an instructor present to guide and walk students through each part of the class and answer any questions. This class has no pre-work and everything you need to learn to become certified will be presented during the class. Book the class for the time/date you are available and we come to you, with all the mannequins and A/V equipment needed to present the video and skills based portions of our class. Feel free to bring snacks and water. This class typically runs 5-5.5 hours, all in-person.

This is an ONLINE ONLY course for anyone who encounters blood borne pathogens in their line of work. This course outlines the proper protocol for handling blood borne pathogens, minimizing risk for exposure, and reporting if exposed.

This is a Red Cross CERTIFIED CPR/AED/First Aid course that covers Adults ONLY. This is an online class with an in-person skill assessment. This is a public class held at the Red Cross building (235 E. 8th Ave., Suite 201, Anchorage, AK 99501) on pre-set dates. After paying for the class, within 24 hours a link will be sent from the Red Cross Learning Center (RCLC) to the student email provided, to enroll and take the online portion of the class. The online portion is approximately 2.5 hours. The online portion of the class MUST be completed before arriving to in-person skills check. Failure to complete the online portion will result in rescheduling and resulting rescheduling fees. The in-person portion of this class is approximately 1.5-2 hours. Red Cross Policy is anyone more than 15 minutes late to the start time not be admitted into that class.
